Frequently Asked Questions
1. Is the certificate awarded by 1st ASSET recognised?
Currently the course is not recognised by any government institutions or
universities since no standards have so far been formulated regarding the
concerned subject matter. However, within the industry, the number of
organisations and people who recognise the value of the instruction provided is
increasing with every course conducted. Some very prestigious organisations such
as Cairn
India, Fidelity, GAIL, Matrix Laboratories,
Onity India, Hindalco Industries, among others have sponsored multiple
candidates to attend our course.
2. Do you conduct an exam at the end of the course?
We conduct a test at the end of each course. A separate certificate is awarded
for each course.
3. Do you share training material (like PowerPoint presentations, reading
material etc)?
We make available printed material for each each course. We do not share
our PowerPoint or video presentations. We encourage you to ask questions and
make notes without delaying the progress of the class.
4. I am an out-of-town candidate. Can you make arrangements for my stay?
We do not organise your stay at any hotel. A list of hotels which are located
within a reasonable distance has been provided
here.
We do not have any kind of commercial affiliation with any of the hotels and
cannot take responsibility for the quality of service rendered by them. You are
free to arrange your own accommodation and negotiate rates with them.
5. How can I pay the fees and to what address should I send it
The
The fees can be paid online through your credit card/debit
card or it may be sent to
us through demand draft, electronic balance transfer through the bank or by
cheque payable at par in Gurgaon. Please note your registration will be
effective only after receipt of confirmation from our bank that the amount sent
by you has been credited into our bank account. For details of how to make

If after
registration for the course, I am unable to attend it, will the fees be
refunded?
Fees, once paid, are
non-refundable. However, if we receive written intimation from you, regarding
your inability to attend the course for any reason, at
least seven working days before the commencement of the course, we shall
hold the fees in trust and permit you to attend the course (without
payment of further charges) whenever it is held again within one year from the
date of the course for which you were originally registered. Individual
candidates, once registered, will not be permitted to substitute someone else's
name in place of their if they are unable to attend the training.

I am being
sponsored by my organisation. If I am unable to attend the course can the
organisation sponsor an alternate candidate?
Yes, if your organisation has
sponsored a minimum of 5 candidates then the organisation may sponsor an
alternate candidate provided a written intimation is received by us at least
seven working days before the commencement of the course. Only one
alternate candidate may be sponsored and that candidate will be eligible to
attend only those courses for which you were registered.
8. Is 1st ASSET planning to conduct
any program in my area in the near future?
Currently no program has been finalised for locations other than our office at
Gurgaon. As soon as new locations and programs are finalised, they will be
notified on our website.
